Another key economic infrastructure that is underway is the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX). This urban transport terminal awarded to the MWM Terminals, Inc. will link all provincial buses from Cavite to other modes of inter-city transport such as buses, taxis, app-based transport, and a walkway to the future LRT 1 South Extension.

Community of 1Premiere Land project at south like Golden Meadow Binan and Rockville Residences Subdivision will have a hassle free, safe and convenient commuting way of transportation by the PITX. That link all provincial buses from Cavite, Laguna, Tagaytay etc., that accommodate buses, taxis, app-based transport and a walkway to the future LRT 1 South Extension.

The departure area will boast of 36 bus bays leaving at 15 minute intervals, while the arrival area will hold 23 bus bays. PITX is expected to service over 34 million passengers per annum.

This modern and sophisticated transport infrastructure will also be a home to four office towers and a mix of travel and traditional retail.
