Sta. Lucia Land Inc. through its exclusive marketing arm 1Premiere Land Marketing Company donate a “Toyota Hilux2.4L FX” that will serve as a Multi-Purpose Vehicle to Bayambangueño. The Municipality of Bayambang formally accepted and assigned the vehicle to Brgy. Bani, Bayambang Pangasinan. This Multi-purpose vehicle will pave its way to provide the residents of Brgy. Bani and the future residents of Centro Verde Bayambang subdivision the utmost comfort living, as the healthcare system of Bayambang continuously flourish.
The signing of the Deed of Donation and Vehicle Turnover happened last October 03, 2022 during the flag ceremony of Bayambang Government officials and employees at Balon Bayambang Event Center. Sta. Lucia Land Inc official representatives Mr. Augustine C. Cayabyab Jr. and Ms. Ellen A.Dimaculangan (President and Executive Vice President of 1Premiere Land Marketing Company) turnover the symbolic key (represents Multi-Purpose vehicle) to Hon. Mayora Nina Jose- Quiambao (Bayambang Municipal Mayor). The Multi-Purpose Vehicle was received by Hon. Rodelito Bautista - Brgy. Bani Chairman and ABC President.
