ALL accredited registered salesperson and licensed real estate broker of 1Premiere Land Marketing Company with 10 million booked sales per month by selling all Sta. Lucia projects will receive a Samsung Galaxy Tablet as a reward for achieving a rainy season milestone. This seller incentive valid from August 16,2023 to October 31,2023.

Below are the mechanics:

1. Buyers must have paid the required reservation fee credited to 1PLMC official bank accounts.

2. Submitted the buyers completely filled up and signed 1PLMC booking Forms (Computation Sheet,

Buyers Information Sheet, Reservation Application Form and Addendum to RA).

3. Submitted buyer's initial requirements (2 valid ID's with 3 specimen signatures and 2 Proof of Billing)

4. Incentive will be forfeited if the mechanics are not met 7days on the following month.
