The New Manila International Airport will rise on a 2,400-hectare property located about 50 kilometers northwest of Manila and 20-30 minutes away from residential subdivision named Mira Verde Guiguinto Bulacan.
Mira Verde is an affordable and quality Residential Subdivision Lot project by Sta. Lucia in Bulacan. Only minutes away from the Golden Public Market, a talipapa, the Guiguinto Municipal Hall and the church. Located at the center of the trading and distribution hubs, it is easily accessible to the Port of Manila and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in the south and Subic Port and Diosdado macapagal Airport (DMIA) in the north, and now to the approved New Manila International Airport in Bulakan, Bulacan.
New Manila International Airport was estimated to be open within five years.
Once completed, it will have at least four runways, eight taxiways and three terminals that can handle at least 100 million passengers a year—three times Naia’s capacity.
