Almeria Verde Residents to benefit once the last segment of TPLEX is open October 20, 2021

According to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) the final segment of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) will be opened to vehicular traffic by July 15, 2020. TPLEX will benefit commuters from Tarlac, Pangasinan, La Union and including residents of Almeria Verde Dagupan Subdivision.

Almeria Verde Dagupan is located at Bolosan District Dagupan City. It is a flagship and deluxe residential subdivision of Sta. Lucia Land and exclusively marketed by 1Premiere Land Marketing Company in Pangasinan.

Department of Public Works and Highways Sec. Mark Villar announced that the completion of the 11-kilometer Pozo rrubio, Pangasinan to Rosario, La Union section of TPLEX is expected to “drastically” reduce travel time from Tarlac to Rosario La Union from 3.5 hours to just an hour.

San Miguel Corporation’s Private Infra Development Corporation holds the concession for TPLEX, which is integrated with the North Luzon Expressway that will connect the Central and Northern Luzon provinces to Metro Manila and beyond.
