In celebration of the 12th Year Anniversary of 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company, a heart-warming display of social responsibility embarked on a transformative outreach program to Brgy. Bani, Bayambang, Pangasinan. The Company aimed to make a positive impact on the local community of Bayambang. As part of the corporate social responsibility initiative, the company's employees came together to offer assistance and support. The event was held at the covered court of Brgy. Bani Elementary School, Bayambang and was well-attended by the 1PLMC Executives Ms. Ellen Dimaculangan (Vice President of 1PLMC) and Mr. Augustine Cayabyab Jr. (President of 1PLMC), 1PLMC Staffs, and Brgy. Bani government officials headed by Hon. Rodelito Bautista.

Cayabyab Jr. The birthday celebration was filled with joy and camaraderie. The company prepared a small party for Mommy Anna, complete with a customized cake, flowers, dancing and heartfelt messages from her family, friends and former colleagues.
