The Circle of Excellence Incentive Tour was held in Hanoi, the charming ancient capital of Vietnam and a luxury cruise at Halong Bay, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, last 8th-12th of November 2018. The tour aimed to motivate all Circle of Excellence members to stay on the track and the rest of the sales force to reach their sales production quota.
On the first day, 1 Premiere Land family visited the tourism and historical attractions in Hanoi like TRAN QUOC PAGODA beside the lake and the TEMPLE of LITERATURE (Vietnam’s first university dating back to the 11th century). The group had taste the amazing Vietnamese cuisine at Home Restaurant during lunch. In the afternoon, the group continued to explore the city and visited the HO CHI MINH COMPLEX (the former Indochina’s General Governor Place) and House no. 54 where Presidential Ho Chi Minh lived and worked since 1954). Then rode to an electric car to experience the bustling old quarter straight to St. Joseph Cathedral (Catholic Church) for religious activity. Then moved forward to Lotus Restaurant that serves three hundred fifty six (356) varieties of dishes for dinner. After the heavy dinner the group went back to Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel to lavish the whole night in Hanoi.
On the second day, woke up with a delicious buffet breakfast at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Restaurant. Then took a journey across Halong Bay on TUAN CHAU ISLAND at the doorstep of Vietnam’s most fascinating wonder. Welcoming of refreshing drinks upon boarding at PARADISE ELEGANCE CRUISE and eat lunch at Le Marin Restaurant inside the Cruise. Then visited the SUNG SOT CAVE (the biggest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay) and LUON CAVE. After exploring the cave, returned to cruise for wine tasting and spring roll cooking demonstration. Tantalized taste buds with the selection of Western & Eastern Vietnamese cuisine from appetizer to main course during dinner at the Cruise. Then celebrated our President (Mr. Augustine C. Cayabyab Jr.) 50th birthday with live music at Piano Bar. Paradise Elegance cruise anchor at Coconut Tree Island, for overnight stay on board to relax and enjoy the whole night at the cruise.
On the third day, start the day afresh with the wonderful sunrise in the middle of the sea while healthy Tai Chi session on L’Odyssee Sundeck, followed by a light breakfast (coffee, Tea and pastries) at Le Piano Bar. Then rode a boat going to TI TOP Island for hiking & swimming. Afterwards back to the cruise for another heavy breakfast buffet at Le Merin Restaurant while traveling went back to TUAN CHAU MARINA passing by THIEN CUNG & DAU GO CAVE and the FIGHTING COCK ISLET. When the cruise landed at Tuan Chau Marina, 1 Premiere Land served with a Vietnamese noodle soup, burger and fresh fruits for lunch. When we came back at Hanoi, It’s time to buy pasalubong until end of the day and move to Home Moc Vietnamese Authentic Cuisine for sumptuous dinner, They served deep fried spring roll, caramelized fish in clay pot, stir-fried crab with tamarind sauce, steamed prawn with coconut juice, pecking duck with mushroom, stir-fried seasonal vegetable, sour clam broth and steamed rice for dinner.
