1 Premiere Land Marketing Co. goes to La Union and Baguio: Never Say No! We Can Do It!

1 Premiere Land Marketing Co. conducted a 4-day company outing and team building as celebration of its 13th year anniversary in one of surfer's paradise in the Philippines, “LA UNION,” and in the summer capital of the Philippines, "BAGUIO.”.

1 Premiere Land Marketing Co. has built a wonderful relationship with its staff, officers, and sales force over the years. This 2024 company anniversary and team building with the theme "NEVER SAY NO! WE CAN DO IT!" aims to embody its core values Professionalism, Loyalty, Magnanimity and Commitment that surely empowers the management, the staff, and the sales force to build a much stronger bond and healthier relationship.

13 years of real estate excellence will never be possible if the company lacks faith. As Premiere Pamilya celebrated this beautiful milestone, the day started by taking time to visit the Minor Basilica of Manaoag, Pangasinan, and express gratitude to Almighty God for His never-ending faithfulness and favor poured out upon the 1 Premiere Land Marketing Co. and its people.

The wonderful tour starts with the celebration of 1PLMC 13th anniversary at Puerto de San Juan, La Union. All 1PLMC executives, officers, staff, and sales force are beautifully dressed in their tropical attire and headdresses. Premiere Pamilya left all of the audience in awe of a colorful and floral dance performance. The event's highlights consist of a wine toasting ceremony and cake slicing. It was followed by the ramp and talent performances of Mr. and Miss 1PLMC ELYU 2024. All are very glad to be able to experience this kind of event.

The goal of the celebration is to establish teamwork and camaraderie. Premiere Pamilya starts the second day with zumba and team-building activities. In front of the beautiful beach of La Union, everyone enjoyed performing group cheers and playing mental and physical games under the sun. It was a wonderful team-building activity. A sweet halo-halo treat and a sumptuous boodle lunch were served by Mel and Jun Catering.

The tour will never be complete without visiting a beautiful place in La Union. Aside from the beach, La Union is also the heart of loom weaving in the Philippines. Premiere Pamilya takes time to visit Nogueras Weaving. All are amazed by the hardworking weavers, and everyone supports local by purchasing blankets, pillowcases, shawls, and many more weave products. Premiere Pamilya enjoyed delicious food and a scenic view of sunsets at Kabsat La Union.

Premiere Pamilya continued their company outing in the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio!! They enjoyed the cool breeze and awesome scenery of Pinewoods Baguio and held an intimate recognition of 1PLMC employees, team building, group presentations, and Mr. and Miss Elyu 2024 at Manduto Café and Restaurant.

It's time to get some rest! Premiere Pamilya checked in at Sotogrande Baguio (one of the Sta Lucia Land Inc. projects in Baguio). They’ve got an opportunity to have fellowship with each other and enjoy the very famous Baguio Night Market.

Enjoying Baguio will never be enough without visiting Baguio tourist spots. On the 4th day, Premiere Pamilya dropped by Teachers Camp and took some pictures. Visited Wright Park and never missed out on the picturesque view, taking pictures with the colorful horses, wearing the famous Igorot’s cultural dresses, and dancing to the beat of the well-known ethnic music. Premiere Pamilya went to Pasalubong Center to make sure they have something to bring home, stopped at The Mansion, and took some Instagram-worthy pictures.

This is such an awesome experience for everyone. All are beyond grateful to the Almighty God for turning this into reality and for the generosity extended by the management. Indeed, it was a fun-filled experience that will surely add to everyone’s treasured memories. Together, we will keep going and continue to say, “NEVER SAY NO! WE CAN DO IT.”
