1 Premiere Land Marketing Company 7th Year Anniversary July 10, 2018
1Premiere Land Marketing Company recently celebrated its 7th Year Anniversary and it's Annual Company Outing at Arterra Residences At Discovery Bay, a world class and nature-inspired property is like having your own piece of paradise located at the tip of Punta Engano, Mactan, Cebu last 2nd - 4th of July 2018. The event aimed to cheers to 7th year's celebration and strengthens the family-like bond of the company and its employees through "ONE TEAM, ONE DREAM, 1 PREMIERE LAND".
On the first day, 1 Premiere Land family joined the solemn mass at Basilica Minore Del Sto Nino , Cebu's holiest church which houses a revered flemish statuette of the Christ child (Sto Nino) that dates to Magellan's time, "GOD FIRST". After the holy mass 1 Premiere family visit the toursim attraction and historical places in Cebu like Magellan's Cross, Sto Nino Museum, Fort San Pedro, Colon Street (the oldest street in the Philippines), Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, Etc. and having a lunch at Sutukil Restaurant . When the sunset turns the ocean blue to gold, the celebration of 7th year company anniversary and the search for Mr. and Ms. 1PLMC Luau 2018 was began, the selected employees were costumed with luau inpsired clothes and competed with their beatuy and talents.
On the second day, 1 Premiere family woke up super excited & energized to a delicious buffet breakfast at Arterra Residences at Discovery Bay. Started it's 2nd day activities with Island Hopping and snorkeling at Talima Island (fish sanctuary). Seafood lunch was served at San Vicente Island. The group went straight to Vista Mar Beach Resort and Country Club, a true paradise amidst lush and tropical landscaping that leads to the sandy white beach of Mactan, Cebu to execute the 1PLMC team Building composed of 4 teams (Green, Red, Yellow and Orange). After the team building games, the group went to AA BBQ for Dinner.
On the third day, 1 Premiere family was given the chance to enjoy the resort's facilities of Arterra Residences at Discovery Bay. Some employees played basketball and swim; some had gone to market to buy souvenirs and Cebu native delicacies. Before getting back to Mactan, Cebu Airport, 1 Premiere family took group photos with the Sta. Lucia project and enjoyed the Cebu special lechon at Rico's Lechon during lunch.
The Company anniversary & outing was indeed filled with beautiful memories, experiences and unforgettable performances. These events really helped all employees reinforced existing bonds and forged new bonds with new employees as the Company grows.
